THREE RULES
RULE 01
You move while you hold
Touch to dig that way. Lift your finger and you stop, and cool. That is the only verb — there is nothing else to learn.
RULE 02
Heat is not a red line
Past 60 heat, wear runs up to 3.5x. But some rock only opens when you're hot. It isn't a line to avoid — it's a resource you pay for.
RULE 03
Knowing when to quit is the reward
Surface on your own terms and you keep 100% of the haul; die and you keep half. Depth is a finite staircase, wealth is an endless pile.
There's one thing to learn: let go. Depth teaches the rest.

FIVE REWRITES
The same "let go" comes to mean five different things.
MELT
Heat becomes force. Here, letting go means — not letting go.
RESONATE
Match your heat to the rock's frequency. Letting go becomes the act of tuning.
DEVOUR
The more you eat, the higher your heat ceiling. Riding just under that ceiling is the skill.
SPLIT
Launch what you've stockpiled as a drone. Letting go becomes an investment.
DELAY CHARGE
Run a charge out ahead of you. Detonation is your movement.
Two equipment slots. Pairings matter a lot — the best combo runs 1.66x, the worst 0.25x (measured in automated play).
